3. Proof of Residence (Must be current) Must be for the individual purchasing the vehicle. Examples: Utility Bill, Telephone Bill, or Bank Statement
   

Proof of Checking Account

1. Bank statement in your name with physical address
2. Within the last 30 days
   
3. With account number and routing number
